These patterns are perfect for all skill levels and allow the wonderful colorways of Manos del Uruguay yarns to stand out. Make plans to knit or crochet something special for yourself!

Citadel by Joji Locatelli in Manos Gloria

Citadel is part of Joji Locatelli’s  The Authentic Collection. Knit in Manos Gloria this cardigan features classic, dreamy cables with a modern look and comfortable feel. This pattern is worked seamlessly from the top down, with pockets integrated with the bottom band. Seven to twelve skeins are needed, depending on size.

Crochet Seaside Sweater in Manos Serena

The Winter 2016 Interweave Crochet includes Daniela Nii’s Seaside Sweater. Inspired by the simple lines and overlapping panels of Japanese kimono wraps, this sweater is worked and seamed using only two pieces. Manos Serena is a lovely choice here. Depending on size you’ll need 7-10 skeins of the main color and 4-6 skeins of the contrast color.

Treacherous Winds Scarf in Manos Fino

Hunter Hammersen’s Fine Things for Plain Occasions is a collection of patterns inspired by the advice in vintage etiquette guides. The Treacherous Winds scarf is in-between a scarf and a cowl, as the arrangement of buttons allow you to fasten it in a variety of ways. One skein of Manos del Uruguay Fino is needed.

Surco Scarf in Manos Gloria

The Surco Scarf, by Christine Marie Chen, is a free pattern available at FairmountFibers.com. Just released this month, the scarf calls for two skeins of your favorite colorway of Manos Gloria. The stitch pattern is simple, allowing the yarn to shine in this great unisex project available free on Ravelry.
Maquereau Mitts in Manos Silk Blend

Knotions Magazine has returned with free patterns, tutorials and reviews. The Maquereau Mitts, included in the December issue, are a great way to showcase beautiful variegated colorways against a contrasting solid. Shown above in Manos Silk Blend, these simply sweet mitts are quick to knit!
