Introducing Clara
Have you spotted the newest Manos del Uruguay yarn distributed by Fairmount Fibers? Clara is a light and lofty sport-weight yarn. The superwash merino fiber takes dye beautifully (in addition to being beautifully easy to care for). The phrase "it's like butter" is one we have seen mentioned in regards to this yarn several times on Ravelry, making it a wonderful choice for next-to-skin items!
Our free pattern, the Pradera Wrap, calls for four colorways of Clara, one skein of each color. Currently there are ten colorways available, making for more than two hundred possible combinations! Each skein has approximately 385 yards, creating a wrap with a finished size of 15.5” wide, 74” long. The generous yardage in each skein provides for lots of possible projects!
