Accessories for your hands, neck, and head
November is the time of year to pull out your wooly accessories! Hats, cowls, and fingerless mitts or gloves are easy items to grab on your way out the door to keep cozy. Most projects of this sort only require one skein of a Manos del Uruguay yarn and a few hours or evenings of work to complete!
The Fairmount Fibers team has a great assortment of patterns to get you started! In the "Type" drop-down menu in the middle, you'll see you can filter the results to show patterns for hats, hands, and neck.
Knitters and crocheters know Ravelry is a great place to turn for project inspiration. A few we've noticed are shown above (clockwise from top left): Buffalo in the Tetons in Maxima, Bearly Bonnet in Fino, Fittie Mitts crocheted in Silk Blend, a knit Smitten in Franca, and ABH Sanquhar in Alegria. Have you shared your project in our Manos del Uruguay yarn group yet?
