Introducing Franca

What can make the already incredible Manos del Uruguay yarn line bigger and better? The answer is the newest yarn, Franca! Super-soft, super-warm, and super-quick, Franca is 100% superwash merino with a beautiful, watercolor-inspired palette. Franca currently is available in twelve tonal hand-dyed colorways. Maca, a new design for Fairmount Fibers by Christine Marie Chen, uses one skein perfectly. With 114 yards in each 150g skein, you are not limited to cup cozies or bracelets though you could get several out of each skein if you chose to!

At the writing of this blog post, there were already two projects shared on Ravelry! Nicole728 knit a Drop Stitch Cowl with F23 Velvet. Bleuberrie paired Franca in F14 Esmeralda with another bulky yarn to knit a Polar Opposites cowl. Cowls are a natural choice for Franca and we hope to see many more of them.
