New Pattern: Keeping Rosita Warm
Ever since the Missoni for Target collection debuted in September, crafters of all persuasions have been revisiting the chevron motif made famous by this iconic Italian design house.
Our latest free pattern, Keeping Rosita Warm, captures the eclectic, colorful spirit of Missoni fabrics. This easy-to-knit scarf looks great in bright colors - the amazing striped pattern will stop people on the street!
You can make your own version of this striking chevron scarf using five colors of Manos del Uruguay Lace. It's a great project for both semi-solids and space-dyed colors; three strands are held together and changed out to create this gorgeous color effect. Everyone's Missoni-inspired wrap will be unique - though the instructions include the exact color sequence for the scarf shown, we encourage you to improvise your own color combinations and sequences. Don't forget to post your Finished Object photos in our Ravelry Group! We can't wait to see what you come up with!
