Notes
The sweater is worked back and for th in rows from the
neck down. The sleeves are worked in the round from the
underarms to the cuffs.
The bonnet is worn with the ribbed cast-on edge framing
the face, the center cable on top of the head, and the three
needle bind-off seam at the back of the head.
Gauge
18 sts and 36 rows/rnds = 4” in Gar ter st.
16 sts of Center Cable pattern measure about 2½”wide.
8 sts of Right-Cross and Left-Cross Cable patterns measure
about 1¼” wide
Needle Size
US 7/4.5mm 24” circular needle and set of 4 or 5 doublepointed,
or size needed to obtain gauge.
