Shipping for Retail and Wholesale Orders
At checkout, retail orders can select their shipping method of choice: which carrier and how quickly they would like to receive it. For wholesale orders, we will default to UPS Ground.

Refunds for Retail Orders
We can accept a return on non-sale yarn if it is in the original condition within 60 days from purchase date. Please note that purchases of sale yarn are final.

Please email us at info@fairmountfibers.com with your order number and items to be returned. We will respond within 3 business days to your request. Please note that customer pays for return shipping, unless the yarn is damaged or defective. Credit will be issued within 3 days of receiving returned merchandise.
