Get ready to be in bloom with our Forever Flowers Cowl! Made with Alegria Grande, our worsted-weight, superwash merino and nylon blend yarn, this reversible cowl features beautiful flowers on one side and fun stripes on the other.

We leaned into the feeling of Spring-y brights and featured Alegria Grande in Chartreuse as the Main Color on the flowers side of the cowl. For the flower petals and stripes, we used 4 colors of Alegria Grande Bocados to complete the color medley: Magenta, Fuchsia, Juanita, and Turmeric. Each Bocado is a 25g mini-skein of Alegria Grande - perfect for adding these pops of color!

The Forever Flowers Cowl is worked in one piece, beginning with a provisional cast-on at the bottom of the striped side. Work proceeds up through the charted colorwork, then there’s a turning ridge, followed by the striped side. Finally, the cast-on is reopened and the two sets of live stitches are grafted together.
