Knitting mittens from the fingertips to the cuff will introduce you to Judy's Magic Cast-On, an afterthought thumb, picking up stitches to add a ribbed cuff below a rolled edge, and a sewn bind-off. The fingertips and cuffs make use of our Bocados (25g mini-skeins of Alegria Grande) for maximum color-play.

Easy to follow instructions. I made this for my cousin who feels cold round her neck, she loved the pockets.
I made these mitts in the same colour as the beanie to match, I made it for my cousin's wife birthday, and she lived them both.
This hat was easy to make and fun with its points looking like cat ears.
Haven't started the shawl yet but its next in line project wise, I'm going to make it for my mum.

I love the pattern. Ordering and downloading was easy. I haven’t made it yet, but after reading through the pattern the instructions are clear. For a novice I think it will provide a great learning challenge and enhance my skills as a knitter.
